I have MSN at home. Never used it much, though. Same name as Yahoo, I think (I said I don't use it much). Arizona does have it's own beauty. But, boy, is it HOT! I was just outside for a minute to toss a box. I am so glad I don't have to spend several minutes each hour in that anymore. And we're not even really into summer yet. :8o: shevie99 My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/23/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 374 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,493 Amount Saved: $1421.2 Life Gained: Days: 69 Hrs: 20 Mins: 23 Seconds: 0

What an awesome group! I'm so jealous...I almost wish I had quit in May, but then I wouldn't be in the Class of Mid-December 2004! Penitent is so very wise and correct. You must hang on to your quit with every single bit of determination and strength that you ever mustered in your life. Don't let anything or any person or any situation come between you and your quit. Believe us when we say that there is no crave that will kill you. Just keep saying "Not Now. Not Now." Know that this quitting business is doable - no matter how old you are, how long you've smoked, or how many. You can do it! Congratulations to you all. Time to wrap your arms around yourselves and give YOU a big hug! Still time for more members to enroll and the more the merrier! No pack drill here, no tough love just sweet encouragement and true love (Jeez must be a child of the 60's - well almost.) Simple message from me (and people like Shevie and Hummy know what it's going to be!) if you want this quit and I mean really WANT it, it is yours but it is down to you first and foremost. If you are determined, we can and will support you and you WILL be successful. It's here for you, take it! Now, come on!! Penitent d738

Just wanted to say well done to all my fellow May quitters, particularly those who have quit this May; sorry Shevie and Hummy but I know you both understand what I am about to write. These first days and weeks will be difficult, there is no doubt about that and I cannot make it easy for you but you MUST believe me when I tell you that all the heartache is worth it in the long run. I am so glad that I stuck it out in those early days, it was hard but it was huge investment that is now reaping colossal dividends and I mean COLOSSAL(Agreed Hummy & Shevie?) Fear nothing, show determination and enjoy the rewards which will undoubtedly come your way! We can do this together. Welcome to your new life. Penitent d741
