Jonser,
Repeat after me... "I am not a loser. I am a very important and valuable person. I deserve this quit because I really am worth something to my family/friends/co-workers/etc... (fill in the blanks). I love myself enough to quit smoking and quit killing myself. If I continue to with my quit, I am not a failure. I am not a loser. I am a winner! And I am special and I am worth this quit!"
Say that until you believe it! I suggest standing in a mirror and repeating that to yourself while looking at yourself in the mirror. You have not let anybody down and you have no reason to appologize to us. This quit is yours... nobody else's. Don't beat yourself up because you feel like you have let us down. If you continue with your quit, you have lost nothing.
Jonser, you have to decide whether or not you really want this quit or not. If you do, then don't give up! You CAN win this fight! You CAN beat this addiction! Keep fighting the good fight. You are worth it!
Crave the Quit!
Pam
