Any type of exercise is so much better when not smoking. I am so amazed at how much more energy I have. I love it!
I'm happy you started your Yoga classes again Cuddles. You enjoy! You deserve it!

woohoo! What a positive thing to do. You will feel so much better! I am bummin because right now with my schedule I can't do curves...I do walk 30 minutes 5 days a week but I don't know if that'll cut it! I should be able to get back to my routine in the next 2-3 weeks!
Good Job!!!

I took yoga classes awhile ago. But right before and after class I would smoke. Kind of defeated the purpose.
I started back in Yoga, last night, smoke free. What a big difference. Had no trouble with the breathing. It is a fantastic way to relive stress and to get through any craves.

It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......

That's great Cuddles! I can relate because of my swimming. I can swim better, faster and longer now because I don't have that nasty tar in my lungs! That's awesome that you're exercising! Exercise is a great way to get over cravings.
Crave the Quit!
