Thank you all very much. I will not be posting much, for a few days. Have alot of smoke-free partying to do. And tonight is yoga. Will try to pop in for a few minutes when I can. This week I have a son turning 14, and also I have a son turning 28 this week. Then on Sunday I have a daughter graduating from colleage, in chicago with honors, the same day I celebrate being smoke free for 50 days. So I have alot to Celebrate this week, and lots to do. Thank god I dont have a nasty habit to deal with. It gives me more time to prepare for the good times. And while I am at it, I might as well celebrate being smoke free for 45 days. Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit...... The best thing about yoga is getting lost in the moment and forgetting about any craving or stress. And it feels really good. Congratulations to everyone, Cuddles. What a bunch of winners! :) It is going to be so great, attending all the celebrations, not having to deal with the hassles of smoking while being so busy, not having to deal with the hassles of smoking while being around all those people, not having to take a break from the fun to get a fix. While you are partying, stand proud and know that you are doing something many can't. :) Shevie My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/23/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 380 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,607 Amount Saved: $1444 Life Gained: Days: 70 Hrs: 21 Mins: 51 Seconds: 59
