Rich, 3 Days, 3 minutes or 3 hours without a smoke are all worth celebrating. And, you are 1/5th of the way to your goal! Be careful though - I thought I would have been content to make it to 10 days and look what happened ;p Do you have rewards in place for these great strides you are making? As a very successful quitter, I must say that I am quite impressed with the way you break the quitting increments down into manageable bite sizes. To say... I am quitting tobacco for good! - is a bit much to see in our eyes. To say... I can do this one smoke at a time is believable, even to former nicotine junkies like my own self. I am waiting to support you in any way and await your next reasonable goal in quitting.
