Skidoo
Give yourself a shake of the head. Flush the smokes or get rid of them or just don't go where there is smoke. You are not stupid! Think of your past, your husban and your kids and get back up!
This is all very simple: You smoked.
You say you want to quit. Then quit smoking!
I know easier said than done. There are so many things that I can not do right now that it really makes me angry and sad, frustrated. I know that if I do these certain things, I will want to smoke. I am having a hard enough time simple keeping to the straight and narrow as it is I don't need to give myself situations where I will crave even worse. Learn from this experience and find what you need from it and in the mean time don't smoke.
So as some have said here. Pick yourself up dust yourself off and get back on the skidoo on go. You get to determine what is right and good for you. I hope that you will stay here, stay quit and keep letting use know what is up with you.
Peace to you
Phillip
