I took the patch of last night. So far so good. I even got into a spat today with a co worker and guess what!!! I didnt want a cigarette. This is actually kind of wierd. Pink, Just out of curiousity, why are you not going the full program with the patch? It's recommended that you go the whole program, but nobody knows you better than you, so if you think you can do it, then by all means, go nic free! But I'd just hate to see something happen because you took the patch off too soon. Better safe than sorry, in my opinion. Either way, just remember N.O.P.E. and you'll be fine! Crave the Quit! Hello Pink, I am with Butterfly on this one, An Ounce of pervention, Is worth a pound of Cure, they say, I was on zyban for 7 full weeks, and I would do it again, IF I had too, But it will never happen, That is a Guarantee, Just don't want You falling off that wagon after You get a few weeks under Your belt, For I have found out that a cigerette will not help Your problem One-Eye-Otta, That is a Fact, A milkshake straw cut in half serves the same purpose, O'Yeow, So Yes, I wish You Luck Friend, and hope You a very pleasant journey on this website, Stay Close, for that is the secret, Smokless In Oklahoma :)
