Pink, I know that it is hard to think when your emotions are twisted up, with either anger, or hurt. But you can't let either one of those things be an excuse to hurt yourself. ANd that is what your smoking does. It's been slowly killing you for a long time. So take your stand now while you are sane (it works better in the heat of the moment if you have it planed out ahead). Go through the program, and make you list of reasons to stay quit, make your list of things to do instead, and then make yourself a promise to come here and post for help before you give in. Come here, yell out in the general forum (any time day or night) then go and read at least 5 threads..Then come on back and check for contact on your post. There is almost always someone around, but they could be reading themselves, so give us a little time. ANd while you are waiting, breath and drink a glass of water. waiting for your call, Cheryl My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/4/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 310 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,453 Amount Saved: $883.5 Life Gained: Days: 40 Hrs: 14 Mins: 38 Seconds: 29

U may want to try this? I treated my Quit smoking like a game, where I was trying to beat my last record of smoke free days. Started off where it was hours I wanted to beat, then days, next weeks, and finally months. Then fall off and start all over again. Pink, Thank for sharing. You right, it didn't solve anything. Take the time to prepare and see the difference it can make. Our online support group can be very beneficial to help guide you. Post often and let us know how we can help. You can do this, take it step by step :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
