Mr Ed is having a break

Hi Mr. Ed ~ Enjoy your time away, if anything exciting happens, you'll know. I always worry that I may be missing something too when I can't get here for a day or two. No worries, have a safe trip and we'll see ya soon in the neighborhood...... Hi Mr. Ed - I will miss you! But guess what?? I am leaving in the morning for the lake in the mountains. There is no tv, no telephone, no cellphones and no wireless. I cannot wait to just be. I will be gone for 11 days. So I am glad that you are posting this because everyone always reads your post - now they will know that I am going to be absent as well. Thanks! Hope you and Mrs. Ed have a great time at the beach! I hope that your new job is going well. Take care and we'll talk to you soon! Mr Ed, Have a wonderful holiday, we will miss all of your post of people celebrating their milestones. You will be fine, I just know that. Do some writing and if you can find a computer post if you want to. I don't think that you will have to, because you are too determined and positive. The beach will really be crowded when you get back...And we will miss you.... Mr Ed As one who has had to take a break from the site because of work considerations and because I was going on a vacation. I say go for it and test yourself. Read and find posts that are relevant to you, print them. Keep a journal and write in it a lot. Know that we are only a step away into a library, some hotels have computer use and some internet cafes have kiosks with computer. Remember why you quit. Remember how strong you are and how determined you have had to be. Remember we are here for you and go for it! Cheers. Phillip :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 111 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,234 Amount Saved: $832.5 Life Gained: Days: 18 Hrs: 4 Mins: 59 Seconds: 54

Look after yourself Ed, you should be fine but if you find that you really need to come on here then an internet cafe might provide the answer! Just remember, Mr. Ed, that we will be here, waiting expectantly for your triumphant return (no pressure :)). Take Phillip's advice about printing out pertinent posts to take with you. A list of your reasons for quitting would not be amiss, either. You can do this, Mr. Ed. Stay strong and use that good old horse sense you have so much of. ;) Shevie My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/23/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 381 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,635 Amount Saved: $1447.8 Life Gained: Days: 71 Hrs: 4 Mins: 10 Seconds: 40

Mr. Ed, You'll be fine while you are away, you are getting stronger and stronger in your quit as time goes by. People will miss your sage advice though (I was trying to think of something equine but gave up) so don't stay away too long! Have a great time on the beach (presumably not on these shores despite our current glorious weather!) and I will probably be on the SSC beach by the time you get back. 'Just say neigh!' :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 83 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,675 Amount Saved: 207.5 Life Gained: Days: 10 Hrs: 20 Mins: 40 Seconds: 0
