Almost 1 month cold turkey!!!First few days is tough, but very rewarding. I am on the "chew lots of gum" program as well as those little "dum dum" suckers (they really help while driving or on the computer). Check back here often, type, bable, and watch your Quit Meter, it is awsome. Also, start enjoying the smell and taste of things again. An orange, Sprite, watermelon, cinimon toast. Little things like that have helped me greatly. Hi Mikomi1 To get you stats together you just need to go to the left and click on Glove Compartment. Once you click there, you will see "Mikomi1's Glove Compartment" and to the right of that, there is a button to click that says "click here to change your personal profile". Then when you post here, put a check in the box that says "show my quit meter" before you click Reply to Discussion. You should also go through all the tools to the left of this page. Those tools are invaluable to your quit journey. Hi mikomi1 I still have little bumps on the tip of my tongue. I haven't had them the whole time but actually right now I do have them They are just a little bothersome - but they seem to come and go. The sleeplessness I have had as well. I actually took Wellbutrin for the first couple of weeks but went off of it because it made my stomach upset. But have had a horrible time sleeping. So I went back on it today - to see if it would help that and also because I feel the crazies coming on! LOL! I've been going through a frustrating time with husband who won't quit smoking, working full time and going to real estate school at night - so I felt like I needed something to take that edge back off - my cravings have come up front and center. These are actually the worse ones I have had - I just figured it was because everything else was so stressful. So back on the meds I go. You are really doing a great job with your quit! You should be very proud of yourself. It's time for a reward -don't you think? Maybe a massage, or just something out of the ordinary that is a treat. I have some friends that live near Wales - are you near there? remember the 3 P's POSITIVE atttitude, POST often and not one PUFF ever Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
