Hi, Ryan.
My third day was the worst, too. I actually left work to buy a pack so I could shred them as I thought of why I quit in the first place. It was so much worse than anything I'd ever imagined quitting would be like.
Keep in mind why you quit in the first place. Imagine life not chained to the addiction. You'll be free to do something uninterrupted by a smoke. You'll be free to go worry-free to places smoking is not allowed. You'll never again have to be concerned that people may find you offensive because you smell like smoke.
Hang in there, Ryan. Focus on the job at hand. Drink lots of water. Breathe deep. You can do this.
