Deep breathing helped me tremendously. Really deep breath in through the nose. Hold a second, and then out though the mouth. Repeat as needed. It will definitely help the craves pass one at a time. Being a non smoker is much better than being a smoker. You don't stink and you always have a couple of bucks in your pocket. You don't have to worry about the getting away to have the next smoke. Take it easy on yourself and get to bed each day as soon as possible. When you get up the next morning congratulate yourself on getting through the previous day smoke free. Keep up your quit and I wish you great success. I have quit after 40+ years as a smoker.

It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......

All you people are making it one breath at a time.
Keep going, soon you will be a comfortable non smoker.
Just wait till you smell all the great things out there. And for when you can walk a mile and not be out of breath...
I personally never thought that would happen.
