This quitting game is a lot of ups and downs and today I am very up. Four months is a milestone for me that I am very proud of. It also marks 16 months today for Duffis, that too I am very proud of as he has helped me beyond words. With all his challenges he has stood rock solid for me never picking or nagging just there with a word or two of encouragement.
