Mich, I think I recall my fourth day. I had no idea that I could have gone that long and I was just heady with excitement and anxiety and all the other emotions that go with embarking on a new adventure. The exciting thing for you is that the nicotine is pretty much gone by now. But you still have to deal with a variety of emotional and some physical issues. So be on your guard. Stay here and read as many posts as you can. If you haven't done the program tools yet, please do. They will absolutely help you. Good luck!
Rusty :)
