Pamala, Well, at least you know now that they taste like crap and that you don't want to do it again! Good. Now, back to the quit. Make a plan RIGHT NOW for what you will do when, and not if, this happens again. I suggest in your plan you put coming here, posting and waiting for 10 responses before making the decision to smoke. Put some other things down that you will do when you get stressed so you don't smoke. With a 4 year old, you're bound to get stressed and tempted to smoke again, so be prepared. Crave the Quit! Hi, Pamala. Sorry to hear about your slip up. Now you've learned an important lesson: smoking fixes nothing. Triggers happen, stress happens, craves happen, sometimes life just the pits. Smoking won't help any of it. When you get hit hard, remember that the day before was just fine and tommorrow will be, too. If you don't smoke! Welcome back on the wagon, Pamala. :) Shevie My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/23/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 311 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,238 Amount Saved: $1181.8 Life Gained: Days: 58 Hrs: 3 Mins: 44 Seconds: 7

OK Pamala Learn from me. Get up. Brush youself off, forget about today and get back to business tomorrow, except don't let that Junkie talk you into smoking. Never quit quitting!!! It's a choice!
