Hi Success,
Hope you are settling in a little bit. You will really enjoy the people here - they are friendly, funny, helpful, and knowledgeable about quitting smoking and addiction. The Quit Program Tools are fabulous support for you, make sure you add them to your personal list of reasons why you quit and your coping mechanisms. I am still learning about things and love to extend my help to others as well. Keep up your hard work (and at 2 days it's not only hard, it's exhausting!) Be extra gentle with yourself, get all the rest you like and drink A LOT of water !!! Best to you in getting through "hell week". We're here for you - come and post -- just don't smoke!
