Hi JONSER, my name is Kare, and I too am a smoke-a-holic, it has been 93 days since my last puff I smoked for 34 years, 3/4's of my life. Wow....was it really 3/4's of my life. You are the first one to make me realize that Jonser!! I DO NOT MISS SMOKING! I am however still working very hard on replacing the gazillion minutes that consumed my life when I was smoking. I am still fighting with my brain that I do not need smoking in my life....but actually I do not miss the actual NICODEMON. I feel FREE. Congratulations Jonser!!
