Any of you afraid of seeing smokers if you go out with friends?

Good Morning, This thought of yours is indeed true! You were actually smart to not go out with your friends because you knew your temptations! Knowing this will help you achieve a positive and safe quit :). Why not stay home? Enjoy the fact that you avoided wanting to smoke this weekend! I understand that staying home for a weekend is not your cup of tea, but...you are now 4 days quit! YAHOO!! It is now Sunday and you have avoided worrying that you slipped over the weekend and that you have to start the quitting process all over again! Congrats for making the choice to quit and stay quit!
