Good for you, it is a positive change and when you start noticing how good everything smells, and start experimenting with different smells of food, perfume, flowers, different things in your home you will see this as positive. Try cleaning your light bulbs, that brown gunk is in your lungs too. Find some old thing you have put on a high shelf and haven't picked up for a long time and wipe it clean. I have only been smoke free since January 07 and have a long way to go. My partner quit the same day and if I could find a way to dump the body.......you know what I mean. I'm tense, he's tense it has been rough, but the rotten cigarettes are not going to keep controlling my life and poisioning my body any more. I can be stronger then that. ( I hope )
