Hey Redhead77!
Glad to see you're still here!
If you're like a lot of other people, each day will be different than the rest. You'll be crabby one day and then when you wake the next day you'll be fine....then crabby the next day...then fine the next...then depressed (this may persist a little bit, but WILL PASS)....then fine. Eventually, you'll have some "fine" days in a row before you get a rough one, then you'll only have a rough one occasionally.
Don't forget that quitting is a PROCESS. Like learning how to type fast. It doesn't happen overnight (usually). Not for me anyhow!!!
Just "flow" on your bad days and keep it in the front of your mind that tomorrow will be different - there is a great sense of relief in this.
