Hey Janet, Welcome to the beach, happy you finally found your way...Congratulations on those 100 days..I know that you must be very proud. I know that it has been a long journey so just sit back and relax. Tell us about your reward for your 100 days.. Ex Roller, just went out and got plenty of drinks, and Fish has been on the grill for two days. See the food over there under the palm trees. Try those strawberries they are delicious dipped in chocolate. We have all kinds of activities going on beach volleyball, baseball game, riding the waves, swimming with the dolphins, cards, watching fireworks, hula hoop contest, water skiing, and talking. The company here is just great. Butterflyswimmer, stopped by the other day and visited sure do miss her. Has anyone heard from Redrosie?? :quest: Rosie, I hope you are feeling better. We miss you very much... Hey Fish, and EX-Roller, Thanks for all the drinks and food, sure does look good. I'll have some tuna, grilled veggies, and a kabobs. Oh yes, I'll have some of those strawberries too, do we have any chocolate to dip them in? Has anyone seen ItsIronic and NASAGIRL??? Fish has been yelling for you. Maybe they decided to ride the dolphins in to shore. I'm surprised they can't smell all the food that Fish is fixing. They will be here soon... Thanks Polly, it just don't seem possible I could be at 4 months, but I love it. My meds are helping and keeping the panic attacks to a minimum, if I catch them in time. Thanks for thinking of me. Rosie, we miss you so much. I don't know how to put all those pic's in the post. You will have to teach me. Fish, how much longer till dinner? I am starving, something is sure smelling good... Where is everyone? Hey I'm up here on the deck that overlooks the beach. I've been waving and calling all of you. We need to get the beach ready because ItsIronic will hit the beach tomorrow. ItsIronic, has been on the Cruise Ship, so now ItsIronic is ready for the beach. ItsIronic, do you still have your land legs?? Wonder what the reward will be for those 100 days???? Who is doing the cooking, where are the coolers? Redrosie knows everything. I hope she will show up soon and feeling 100% better. Just not the same with out Redrosie... We miss you.. Let's all get ready to welcome ItsIronic and show her how proud we are of those 100 days. Hey BFS, thanks for coming by, we miss you but are so proud that you are at the 6-12 club. Help yourself to a drink and some food. It's still in the same place. I love the people here they are such good company. Just keep on climbing those mountains, with the determination and attitude you have it won't be long before you are on top of the mountain. I've been told thing look different once you reach the top... Wow, look at those stats, almost 200 days, you go girl. Is there a special reward for those 200 day? Are you still swimming? That is a wonderful exercise. Wish I live close to a Health Center, I love to swim. Today is my 4 month milestone, I am so proud, but I think my children and grandchildren are more proud. My reward, was working in my flowers beds, it is so relaxing and just to be out in the beautiful warm sunshine with a gentle breeze was reward enough. I'm trying to learn to relax with the things I like to do. But there are days I can't and that is when I get into trouble with panic attacks. Tomorrow I'm going to set up my easel and paint a picture of nature or maybe a still life. Boy, am I rambeling you will never come back to the beach. Take care and come back often... BFS, Yes, I do have a reward planned for my 6 months, I'm going to Atlanta to see the Braves play.. My sister has a motor home an several of us go for the whole week, fun, fun, fun. Now it will be so much better because none of us smoke.. I was the only one left that smoked, so now I won't have to leave the motor home to smoke. That feels so good, and I won't miss any time with my family. Also I will smell so good.. Thanks for stopping by, I'm still waiting for Redrosie.... Hey Redrosie, sure is good to see you back at the beach we all missed you. Maybe we did party too much. Hope you are doing better. My days come and go, if you know anything about panic attacks, they just come in waves. Yesterday was fine but I never know when, I do have medication which helps tremendously. We have Its Ironic coming I think May 9, and ChickenStick coming soon, so we will have to watch for more.... Have a wonderful day and take care. Redrosie, thank you for your kind words. Yes, I do have family and friends close by. I did isolate myself at first, because I thought it was my heart and I did not want to tell my family until I found out what the problem was. But after all the tests proved that it was not my heart, the Dr told me it was panic attacks, and they mimic heart problems. There are days I am very anti-social. I don't answer the phone, don't get dressed, ect. I always answer the phone when my children call, if I don't answer the next thing I know they are at my door. But most of that comes from depression. The Dr changed the depression meds about 2 weeks ago so I'm hoping this will kick in soon. He also gave me meds for the panic attacks which help. Rosie, you didn't make me more anxious, I know that it is out of compassion, and I thank you. As far as the IM, I got it downloaded and then when I started to install it this message came up saying there was an error in the download. So I've not tried again. I forget how many hours it took to download, because I have dile-up internet, and it is soooo slow. I feel like there is so much you could share with me about the panic attacks. But I have no way of getting in contact with you... I'm sending healing light to you, so catch it and fly.....
