Phillip, Do I ever know what you mean!?!?!? It's weird what causes some craves... it's like when I'm sick, I want a cigarette... I know that smoking when I'm sick would be the WORST thing I could do, but for some reason, when I have a cold, I crave more... and at the same time, I don't in a way. It's ludicrous, but true. They say that we have to go through all 4 seasons smoke free before we are out of the woods. I believe this is true because there are triggers associated with certain things that we just don't think about until they happen... and sometimes, those things can't happen in certain temperatures. So, it could be the onset of Spring that's causing these craves. But you got it right when you said that you just won't smoke. I have full faith and confidence in that statement you made and believe you will be the better person because of that decision to not smoke. Crave the Quit!
