Ann,
I am glad that you are choosing to take another try at not smoking. When you succeed, it will be something that you can be extreamly proud of. Make your plan no matter how silly it sounds, or how many times you have done it before. Put it in writing. Then print it out and have it available where ever you go day or night. When you feel like smoking, check your plan for what to do.
Can't wait to see you succeed.
Cheryl
