Hi everyone, I'm writing in from the Big Apple where I am vacationing for the rest of the week. It seems like everybody smokes here! The packs cost at least $7 but that doesn't seem to make a dent in the number of smokers. The people in the house where I'm staying all smoke -- fortunately they are not all here at the same time and the weather is nice enough to keep the windows open. Still there are packs and full ashtrays laying around all over.
Today we walked from the Lower East Side to Central Park - five or six miles I think. Well, I sure got my exercise! We went up to the top of the Empire State Building and people were even smoking up there!
Luna, I gave my regards to Broadway for you! :p
I'm glad I've figured out how to use my son's computer...now I can check in now and then and stay honest!
Rusty :)
