Hello Everyone,
Well, came down with a flu-like cold and while on the mend, I decided that it was time for me to quit. So, I am owning my Quit, I am committed to my Quit, and I am looking for all the support I can get (and give:-)
I am blessed to work from home, so I am planning to be kind and gentle w/myself daily, moment to moment, day to day, as I go through my process. And I am grateful for this site and for the love and support I have found here in the posts...
This is my 4th Day to be *smoke-free and I am so proud of myself. It has not been as hard as I thought it would be so far, and since I've not been feeling that well w/such a bad cold, I think I may have made it much easier on myself, as I have been busy tending to me, to my health, rather than lighting up! I am feeling better each day, and as I get over this terrible cold, I can feel how easy it would be to have a 'slip' and find an excuse to light up... Nope, not going there!
Anyway, thank you all for being here - I look forward to giving and getting lots of support:)
Love and Blessings-
