Nicotine-free days vs Smoking-free days?

just keep in mind that cravings after 50-60-100 days are not like cravings the first few days. yes we all are different and yes, there will be urges to smoke all along the way....but they continue to become less intense as you progress. I have been quit over 4 years and would you believe that yesterday I was having one hell of a time with this computer....all of a sudden out of nowhere I "thought".....I want a smoke! I even burst out laughing and wondered just 'where' that thought came from....it wasn't a crave....it wasn't even a desire to smoke....it was a "thought"......our minds are strange creatures! Was it because I always handled stress with smoking?? I haven't a clue...and please don't think it was anything MORE than a thought. cause it wasn't..... It's just weird is all. hang tough....don't let those 'thoughts' hang around and take 'shape' :) Katy My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/4/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1536 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 61,452 Amount Saved: $8448 Life Gained: Days: 200 Hrs: 9 Mins: 17 Seconds: 7
