Feeling good. I am on day 8 today so officially have a week under my belt. It has been full of ups and downs but mostly ups. The downs seem really low though. I just keep hanging on and I know things will get better for me soon, I hope. Its the beginning of a new week and the weekdays seem much easier for me bacause hubby is at work and I can concentrate on not smoking. On the weekends he is there and its a tad harder when he is outside smoking BUT I DID IT!!! I went the weekend and resisted temptation! YAY ME!!!
