Today I refused the first of many (I hope)cigarettes.I never thought I would be able to say no especially stuck in a traffic jam in a hospital car park when the stupid barriers refuse to let us out.I just started talking to another lady who smoked when she offered me one.I was so proud of myself as it is another milestone I never thought I could do,and after such a short length of time of being smoke free.
