CONGRATULATIONS CATINDUBLIN on a wonderful decision to quit smoking. We are all ready to take your hand, pull you up the hill, lend a shoulder to cry on, willing to listen to you rant and rave .... ANYTHING, just don't lite up. Your quit date is fast approaching so be sure to get your tools lined up. I'm talking about toothpicks, gum, cinnamon sticks, hard candy, ice water, etc. Also, you didn't mention if you are using NRTs. I found the patches very helpful but some here think cold turkey is the way to go. WHATEVER WORKS FOR YOU!!!! Get your quit meter started so you can check the days off and money saved.
Glad you are here.
Hugs, Nan
