Step down day

20 years ago 0 941 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hello all - Today I go from the 21mg/day patch to the 14mg/day patch. It's my first step down. I'll be at this level for the next 7 weeks of my quit and then I finally reach the last step. I am well on my way to being a non-smoker thanks to all of you, my doctor, and most important, MYSELF! I am doing it! I feel very positive and motivated. Nic, this time I win. HA! Have a great smoke free day all! Thanks all - so far it hasn't been an issue for me - I don't really notice anything different at all to tell the truth. I'll keep you all posted! cy, This is great news! Take the time to have a coping mechanism on hand, such a water of chew stick just to be safe. 48 Days is incredible! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
