Well today is the start of week 10 and down to the stage 3 patch.
The combination of stress plus the lower patch made for a couple of bad days. Well that is over and since I did not have anyone around that smoked I made it through. There were a few times that I might have caved in had cigarettes been available. I know now that I can get past it if I really force myself.
I should be okay this week, as there is not anything to stressful happening.
