Just need to get away for awhile, don't worry nothing going wrong with my quit.. Its my health, so I need to take some time to learn how to take care of myself.
The panic attacks are worse, and I think that one of the new medications for depression is making them worse. So I have got to find out what is going to work. And I don't know how long that will take, just trial and error. I don't think it is anything I can't handle.
All of you stay strong, and don't forget to reward yourselves. They are very important. I tried to get a massage today, but couldn't make it through all of it. One day I will, I thought it would help me.
Thank all of you for all of the support that you have given me and especially the encouragement. You newbies, hold on tight to your quit, and don't ever let your guard down.
I will check in occasionally to see how everyone is doing. And that will include Josie, Casey, Melanie, and Daniell, what a wonderful job you do with this site.
Blessings and love,
SUNSHINE
