I'm in trouble

Hi Penquin, all kinds of people are going to come in and either yell at you or hug you. I'm not doing either of those. I'm just here to say that I know exactly how you feel. Depression/malaise make a quit double the struggle. Here's hoping you can sort this out and jump back on. Penguin, Have you learned from this? Have you completely chosen to go back and not opted to slip? You can't tell me you didn't feel better when you were 100 days quit? Look at what you accomplished! It is not to late to get back in there and continue with your quit. If this is your choice, I can't say it is the right one. You have every right to a better and happier you. You need to concentrate on your quit and stop worrying about everyone else's quit. You can do this and we will be right here when you decide to join us again. Take some you time :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
