Proud.....think how proud everyone is (will be), including yourself that you are taking control of your life and not letting the nicodeamon control your life anymore..... ~SweetPea~ My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/29/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 203 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,447 Amount Saved: $911.47 Life Gained: Days: 24 Hrs: 14 Mins: 49 Seconds: 23

We haven't had an A to Z thread for a while, so I thought it would be good to do one on quitting tips :) It should make a great resource for all the newer members and maybe provide some fresh ideas for everyone too. I will start with A, next poster B etc. ANNIVERSARIES............... are important to celebrate. AVOID............ avoid stuations that may tempt you to light up early in your quit. ATTITUDE.............. is 99% of your quit!!!
