Matt, hang in there! I know how hard it can be, we all know. You did the right thing posting here. You ask yourself "Why not just one?" The answer is , It will not help you feel any better. It WILL make you feel worse. You will feel bad about yourself, and that will weaken your resolve to staying quit. You are heading for day 4, that is awesome. You don't want to fail this time.
