Prepare for it! If you get the craving, pop a stick of gum, chew on a straw. Have a coping mechanism ready for the morning temptation and resist with all your might. Don't give yourself the opportunity, run yourself a little late so you don't have time to light up.
Take your stick,straw or gum with you in the car and avoid the craves there.
