Do whatever you must to maintain your quit....it's harder in the beginning....it will get easier.....you will finally be able to be around smokers and not think about smoking.....at least it worked that way for me(and believe me, I was a died in the wool, panic without my cigs, smoker) I now sometimes 'choose' to avoid my smoking friends, cause although it doesn't make me crave, the stink of my coats, clothes, hair, etc, after being with them, is really replusive......so much so, that I often forego their company. The problem will work itself out as you become more comfortable with your decision to quit.....just give it time.
