I bought a pack

Kitty-cat!!! Do NOT smoke that pack!!!! Trust me, I've been where you are! Smoking those now will just make it harder! It will NOT make this any easier! I know withdrawals are rough and it can seem like it takes forever for them to go away, but I promise you that things WILL get better. The only way to be a non-smoker is to not smoke. I've had 3 slips since starting in June... I only felt horrible, gut-wrenching guilt after each one. Please, do NOT put yourself through that!!!! Please, destroy the cigs in that pack! Crave the Quit!
