You have, Susie. Think about it. Cigarettes have been your constant companion for many years, entwining themselves into every aspect of your life. They have comforted you when you were sad, calmed you when you were angry, and distracted you when you were bored, just like any good friend would. And all the while they were slowly killing you. Sucking the life out of you as they made you feel you couldn't live without them. Some friend, huh? Quitting is hard. If it wasn't, the SSC wouldn't exist. Don't think about never being able to smoke again. Tomorrow will be there tomorrow and you can't do anything about it so don't worry about it. Just focus on today, this hour, this minute. Keep posting. It's a great distraction. And plan some reward for yourself to be given in a couple of days. Doesn't have to be expensive or lavish, just has to make you happy. But it is important to the healing process.
