I made it! It got a little scary this past week. For my reward a friend and I have traveled the 1600 miles to my home town 1st road trip and I passed no smoking. I have gone into my Mom's house she still smokes my old brand and the smell has made me sick I hate it. My first time in a bar has been this week it was really smokey and I was really tempted for about a second. Now for the reward part I have been able to play with both of my grandsons with out worring about how I smell or what I may be teaching them a horriable habit (have turned into one of those ex-smokers). Today I can proudly say that I have gone 100 days with out one single puff. My emotions have run the gambit I want to cry I am so proud of myself.
