I don't know. Maybe it is the 40 mark and something seems to have shifted for me today, yesterday and I feel more confident again, more rooted in my choice to be quit. And it seems that the veil of whatever it was perhaps depression, has lifted. I guess I have stepped out of, or around that 30 day pit. OOOOOOH I didn't like that and I like the bright clear feeling I have today. I guess I will have to memorize how this is, cause I know that I can keep this and come back to it.
Welcome to the party!
Lets fill that pit with charcoal and get out a big beast to roast, mmmmmmmm, no diets here today.
Drinks are coming right up!

O.k. Phillip you've covinced me. I need to splurge today, so I'm gonna have a big, icy, cold glass of water with my soup! :) I'm such a rebel! ( Can you roast a cabbage?) :eg: redrosie

Way to go !!! 40 is such a symbolic number ... 40 days and 40 "Knights"
Great to hear that the veil of depression was lifted. I can really relate to that!
