Stay strong, you are doing an amazing job staying smoke free. If you have not already figured out, some days will be better than others. It's the bad days that we need to be prepared for. If you have not already, please come up with a list of coping mechanisms. This list can be anything, from taking a long walk to a warm soothing bath. You may also want to try to incorporate some relaxation techniques in this list. When you feel frustrated, and urge comes along or you are just having a bad day, make good use of this list of coping mechanisms. It will help you along the way.
