This was a good weekend. I didn't smoke, and there was tons of stress. One thing that kind of sucked from the relationship stand-point. My breath didn't stink. Sooooo, the girlfriend got into the whole "how come your breath smells at work, but not on the weekends?". I swore up and down that I didn't smoke. The only thing I can come up with is the coffee. I drink gallons of it at work. I had one cup already, and I'm thinking I'll try not to have another one. It's not all that great for me anyway. Does powdered creamer or bad coffee make your breath stink? I'm wondering if it is the quitting smoking or just the coffee that I'm drinking at work.
I'm becoming really frustrated with the fact that I can't prove that I'm not smoking. I know that I messed up the first time by closet smoking, but all I want is for her to not have second thoughts about my quit. I've gone a month already and it seems that she can't believe that I've been smoke free.
