JJ, Take the time to read and use the knowledge available. I would suggest cutting back gradually and using coping mechanisms to help with the craves. Work with one thing at a time. Concentrate on your quit and keep strong. You can concentrate on the weight later on. If you are worried then check with your doctor and perhaps they can guide you with a healthy eating plan. You can do this, let us know how you do. Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.
