Brent -- Just got to read this post, and it gave me a large warm-fuzzy. My dad (before retiring) was in management and apparently read this material somewhere or went to a similar seminar. His favorite phrase for a while became "not my monkey", meaning -- that's your problem, not mine, and you're going to have to figure that one out for yourself -- can't take it off your hands. Your post was very helpful, but also took me on a pleasant trip down memory lane -- thanks.
