My coworker said it is probably clenching in my sleep or some sort of thing like that. How are you Day 5ers making out? So far so good called in sick @ work which enable me to use this SSC support group. Days 1 & 4 couple of headaches 1 minor, 1 requiring a Tylenol. 1 - 3 cravings a day which with the help of stop smoking tips been smoke free.
