Well.. Day 4 wasnt all that bad after all.... after almost giving in... and thanks to my ANGEL " DENISEY " we both made it through togather. what a personality... charming and still strong. Merci Denisey encore. Well its day=5 and i took my time to wake up, after all the cafe & wine I had. I needed the sleep. I feel fine and happy to breath in FRESH air. My world without smoke. I still had this carving of smoking this afternoon after lunch, but thanks to Lady i now know how to breath ... - DREAMER My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/18/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 4 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 35 Amount Saved: 20 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 14 Mins: 33 Seconds: 32

Congratulations on getting the start of your quit off and running. I know it is not easy but you are proving to yourself that it can be done. What part of Europe are you located? I have two great friends in France that are non smokers having been with us at the SSC. One is in Lyon and the other is in Carcassonne. Keep up the quit one day at a time. Duffis duffis's Quit Stats Since Sunday, February 13, 2005, I've been smoke-free for: 343 Days, 8 Hours, 46 Minutes, 35 Seconds. I have saved $1,440.60 by not smoking 10300 cigarettes. By not smoking I have added 74 Days, 9 Hours, 14 Minutes, 57 seconds. to my life expectancy.
