Thank you all so much for this outpouring of support! Smoggone & Missyfit, you both asked about rewards... I honestly hadn't really given it much thought. I know they're important but at this stage in the game, the freedom IS the reward, but since I know how important they are to the quit process, I went out last night and got myself a nice big bowl of Cold Stone. :) Rasberry Sorbet and White Chocolate mixed with real rasberries and white chocolate chips! YUM!! Then today, I had 2 gift certificates to 2 of my favorite stores that I got for my birthday that I hadn't used yet, so I went and bought myself 2 new outfits! :) So, those were my rewards! Shevie, I can't wait to see your post about the relationship between love and addiction. I'm on pins and needles... hurry up, OK? They're starting to get a little painful! ;p I can't believe how wonderful this freedom is... if you haven't experienced it yet, all I can say is hold on! You won't be sorry! You know, if I had to do this all over again (Thank God I don't!) I don't think I would change anything. Yes, I screwed up many times and that wasn't fun, but I don't think I would be the same had I not made those mistakes. I say this, not because I condone smoking as a method of quitting, but rather as a sense of hope to anyone who has slipped... my quit is stronger because of each and every mistake I have made along the way. So if you screw up, don't lose hope! It IS still possible to quit and you can still experience the same freedom... no matter how many times you screw up. OK, I'm going to stop now before I ramble too much more. Thank you everyone for your continued support. You all mean more to me than you'll ever know! Crave the Quit!
