Didn't get a chance to post on my one hundreth day so I am posting today. It has been 105 days since I have quit and after 53 years of chain smoking I am really proud of myself. I pray everyday to be able to keep this up permanently. The air in Philadelphia is less polluted today because of my quit and my lungs feel terrific. Thanks for all the help and encouragement from everyone! Thank you every one for your congrats. I really appreciate all the encouragement. Yes I did treat myself to a small shopping spree with the $500.00 plus I have saved on those cigarettes. I will be going to an Ocean City, NJ beach this summer and sit with all the other non-smokers there and on the boardwalk. I can't wait! Keep up the good work everyone and hang in there.
