10 months ago today I made that decision to quit smoking. I remember that I just couldn't belive that I had made it 1 full day without smoking, then a week and so on. Now look, 10 months down and 2 more months to go for my ONE YEAR QUIT!
This journey just amazes me. Not only have I made it 10 months, I have every intention to make it a year.
I must say that I just refuse to smoke. Quitting is not easy, but I just refuse to put one of those back in my mouth. The cravings do creep up time to time but nothing that I can't handle.
I am proud, and to all you newbies out there, this is DOABLE!!! No matter what, JUST DON'T SMOKE!!
